Myth: you need a big ad budget to reach homeowners. Fact: many homeowners just want to talk to a local provider without a long search. Dayarrival Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect those homeowners with independent providers in our network.

This is not a job posting. You would not be an employee. You would stay an independent business, and you would do your own work.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for independent contractors who handle heating and cooling work, including AC repair and AC installation and replacement. Furnace work is a plus. You should serve homeowners in Seattle or across the Seattle area.

Small and mid-size shops are welcome. So are solo operators, as long as you can handle the calls you accept.

What We Expect

Homeowners who reach out are often first-timers. They may be nervous and unsure what to ask. We expect providers in our network to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require.
• Explain the problem in plain words.
• Give a written quote before work starts.
• Be honest about timing and not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Treat homeowners with respect and avoid pressure.

You set your own prices and schedule. You are fully responsible for your work.

• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A good phone number and the easiest way to reach you

We will review your note and reply if there is a fit. Providers may pay for referrals, and we will explain the terms before you agree to anything.
