How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Dayarrival Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Dayarrival Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If a problem comes from work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Dayarrival Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@dayarrival.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
